Day-Year Counter Plugin

Introduction

The Day-Year Counter plugin allows you to display a live counter showing days and years for a specific date or event. Perfect for tracking anniversaries, milestones, or age.

Installation

1. Download day-year-counter.php to your computer.
2. Login to your WordPress admin dashboard.

3. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.

5. After installation, click Activate Plugin.

Usage

Once activated, you can use the plugin with a shortcode or widget.

1. Using the Shortcode

Insert the following shortcode in any post or page:

[day_year_counter date="YYYY-MM-DD"]

Replace YYYY-MM-DD with the date you want to count from.

2. Using the Widget

1. Go to Appearance > Widgets.
