Apple Mac
- Open Apple Mail.
- Double-click to open the email message.
- Choose “View” at the top menu and select “Customize Toolbars.”
- Drag the “Full Headers” or “Long Headers” icon into your toolbar and save changes. See Figure 1.

Now, you can click on “Full Headers” or “Long Headers” to the top of the toolbar.
Outlook 2010
- Open Outlook 2010.
- Select the email message for which you’d like to view the headers.
- Click on File, see Figure 2.

- Open Outlook 2007.
- Open the email message.
- Under the Message tab, in the Options group, click on the Dialog Box Launcher icon.
- In the Message Options dialog box, the headers appear in the Internet headers box.

- Log into Atmail – Simple (Ajax).
- Double-click to open the email message.
- Click on “View Headers” inside the left menu.
Atmail – Advanced (Mozilla)

Horde Webmail
Roundcube Webmail
- Log into Roundcube Webmail.
- Double-click to open the email message.
- Click on the “Show Source” icon. The icon is a piece of paper with a S on the front.
- Log into Horde Webmail.
- Open the email message.
- Click the “Message Source” link in the text menu at the top of the message.
- A new window, with the full message and headers, will open.
- Log into Atmail – Advanced (IE6+).
- Double-click to open the email message.
- Click on the “View Headers” icon in the top menu. The icon is an envelope in front of a piece of paper.
- Log into Atmail – Advanced (Mozilla).
- Double-click to open the email message.
- Click on the “View Headers” icon in the top menu. The icon is an envelope in front of a piece of paper.
- Log into Atmail – Simple (Any Browser).
- Double-click to open the email message.
- Click on “View Headers” inside the left menu.
- Log into SquirrelMail.
- Double-click to open the email message.
- Under Options, click on “View Full Header.”
